Below is a list of companies that are offering free services during this COVID-19 period:
Cisco
The American multinational technology company Cisco has released free access to Webex . The software is a video conferencing tool that supports up to 100 simultaneous participants. According to the company, the technology can be used free of charge and without time restrictions. "In this time of need, we are providing free 90-day licenses to companies that are not currently Webex customers," states the announcement .
Google has released free access to Hangouts Meet in all countries until July 1st. With this feature, it's possible to hold meetings with up to 250 people, as well as live stream to 100,000 viewers within the same domain.
Microsoft
Microsoft has also made resources available to facilitate communication during the coronavirus pandemic. The company has released free access to Microsoft Teams , a premium corporate messaging service that also allows users to record and save calls. The feature will be free for six months, and the company has also increased the user limit.
LogMeIn
To help support the community and customers during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, LogMeIn is providing free emergency remote work kits to healthcare providers, educational institutions, municipalities, and existing non-profit organizations and LogMeIn customers.
Slack
Slack said this week that it was making the service available for free to many organizations working to respond to or mitigate the coronavirus and that it was speeding up setup times for new customers.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare for Teams is free for small businesses during coronavirus emergencies.
Lumiun
To help with this adaptation process, Lumiun is making the VPN feature available to current and new customers early, at no additional cost, for 90 days.
