Fake website pretends to be Itaú bank and tries to steal access data
The fake page pretending to be Itaú Bank contains content and signs that it's a phishing campaign. The scam reaches victims via an email containing a fake link to a supposed statement inquiry. The website asks the victim to provide information such as their CPF (Brazilian Social Security Number) and bank card number. The next page requests even more sensitive information, such as the security code and card expiration date.
