In recent days we have released a series of improvements to the Lumiun control panel.

Main menu with new options
As you can see in the image below, the main menu has gained new options to make it easier to access Lumiun's features.
Notice that two new main items have been added: Firewall and Speed. In addition, we've added sub-items for "Access Control," "Security," and "Reports," which are displayed simply by hovering the mouse over them. These sub-items act as shortcuts to facilitate access to the landing page with a single click.
New access control page
Access Control has been divided into three new tabs to improve the visibility of features. See in the image below that you now have a special tab for "Specific Sites", another for "Site Categories", and the last for the new "Protected Search".
That's right, Protected Search now allows more control over the content brought up by Google, Bing, and YouTube search engines. Some clients have always told us that with Protected Search active, many useful YouTube videos were no longer available. Now, with this improvement, YouTube has two Protected Search filters: Moderate , which is lighter and will block most inappropriate content; and Strict , which is more intense and, as a side effect, will also block some additional content, not always inappropriate.
More security
Speaking of improvements, we've also created a new "Security" page. If you're already a customer, you'll remember that the security page only offered the option to block access to websites based on "Reputation Level." Well, as you can see in the image below, there's now a new tab called "Harmful Sites" with 5 new types of websites that can be blocked.
I highly recommend that after reading this post you go to the "Security > Harmful Sites" page and mark all of them as blocked to improve the security of your network. 😉
